2016 EVENT TICKETS

  • We highly recommend you pre-purchase your 2016 tickets ahead of time to avoid having to handle this at the event and having to stand in line.
  • If you purchased your ticket from a Ticket Master or from someone else, you will not be able to use this system to re-buy your 2016 tickets.
  • Saturday (at scheduled times) you will be able to re-purchase your current seat (if you are the owner). Sunday (at scheduled times) any unsold seat can be purchased.
  • All ticket owners will be verified. If a ticket owner wants to transfer ownership to someone else, they must put it in writing or email the home office prior to November 1st.

Seating Information

We offer several different ticket and seating options to help you enjoy the US Open Swing Dance Championships. Details are provided below.

GENERAL

  • Ballroom Layout (PDF)
  • Most of our seating is terraced for the best view of the competitions. The best seats for viewing are reserved seats. Much of the Open Seating / SRO is terraced, but viewing is from the side.
  • We have available group seating and large group (20+) discounts. Please contact our office at 800-537-8937.

RESERVED SEATING - $174

  • This is the best seating in the ballroom, usually facing the front or close to the dance floor on the sides.
  • It is your seat from Friday-Sunday.
  • Purchase early for best seat selection. We usually sell out prior to the event.
  • Complementary Souvenir Program is included, if ticket is purchased prior to event.

OPEN SEATING OR STANDING ROOM ONLY - $150

  • We have a limited amount of open seats available.
  • You are not guaranteed a seat. We sell more OS/SRO than seats available as these seats may also be used for day passes, juniors, and competitors as not everyone is in the ballroom all the time.
  • Open seating is on a first come, first serve basis. When seats in the open seating sections are not available, use the "standing room only" sections. When a seat becomes available, you can move down.
  • You cannot sit in a reserved seat.
  • Open seating and SRO sections are located on the sides or in the corners of the ballroom.
  • Complementary Souvenir Program is included, if ticket is purchased prior to event.

JUNIORS - $105

  • A discounted ticket for 17 years of age and under only. (Verified upon check-in)
  • Seating is located in the open seating/standing room only sections.
  • Your Discounted (Junior) tickets will be held at our Registration Desk
  • Junior tickets include all the workshops and activities from Thursday through Sunday.
  • Juniors are invited to attend our "Kids Pizza Party" - sponsored by Evan Reiss and Kathryn Hoffman.
  • Complementary Souvenir Program is included, if ticket is purchased prior to event.

COMPETITORS - $130

  • A special discounted ticket for our competitors and seating is located in the open seating/standing room only sections.
  • ALL Competitors are required to purchase a weekend ticket to compete.
  • Competitor tickets must be purchased no later than November 15th at midnight. This special price will not be available at the event.
  • Your discounted (Competitors) tickets will be held at our Registration Desk
  • Complementary Souvenir Program is included.

DAY PASSES - $65

  • Day passes are available for either Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
  • The seating is located in the open seating/standing room only sections.
  • Tickets are purchased at our Registration Desk.
  • Tickets are good for the day purchased until 5:00 am the next day.
  • Workshops are NOT included, but can be purchased for $15 each.
  • Souvenir Program is NOT included, but can be purchased for $15

WORKSHOP TICKETS - $15 OR 4 for $50 OR All-of-them for only $99

  • Workshops are NOT included, but can be purchased for $15 each.
  • Tickets are purchased at our Registration Desk.
  • Tickets are collected at the door.
  • Must also have a Weekend or Day Pass to enter.

DIVISION TICKETS - $26

  • These tickets can only be purchased at the event.
  • These tickets allow someone to watch ONE division.
  • Tickets are collected at the door.
  • Standing room only sections, unless there are seats available in the open seating sections.
  • Workshops are NOT included, but can be purchased for $15 each.
  • Souvenir Program is NOT included, but can be purchased for $15

MOST ASKED QUESTIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR TICKETS:

  • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
  • Tickets are not refundable.
  • We will not re-sale your tickets for you.
  • If you are purchasing the ticket for someone other than yourself, please select the other person as the recipient instead of yourself.
  • Discounted tickets may be transferable, please contact us at info@usopenswing.com.
  • If you accidentally leave your ticket at home, the procedure is as follows:
    • Go to our Registration Desk and tell them you left it at home.
    • We will fill out a form with credit card information, but will not process if we receive the original Ticket by December 8, 2016.
    • You have two weeks to mail your tickets to the home office; otherwise the credit card is processed.
  • If you buy a block of tickets and want to transfer ownership to others, please email us at info@usopenswing.com prior to the event or provide recipient with a letter stating the intention to transfer.
  • If you cut off or lose your wristband, you have to purchase a new one.
  • If you are a non-dancer and just want to watch, you still have to purchase one of the tickets from above.
